things I love for Roy: Baby K'tan!

New for 2017 - "things I love" blog posts. I get asked frequently about products I use for myself and Roy so that I would start documenting them for you!

Today's thing I love is something I use with Roy - a Baby K'tan!

I was introduced to Baby K'tan by a friend of mine who let me borrow her carrier. I quickly fell in love with it!

I'm not a 24/7 baby wearing mama but I definitely think it's helpful, especially during that fabulous witching hour most babies have (or at least I hope most babies have ha!).

We love using our Ergo Baby when we go on long walks but it isn't the easiest to get on by myself. The Baby K'tan is incredibly easy and especially useful for times when I'm home by myself and Roy's having a rough day and doesn't want to be put down.

The carrier allows me to "hold" Roy, HANDS FREE, while still getting stuff done like prepping dinner, folding laundry or even putting on makeup!

(Don't worry, everyone. I don't use it when I'm using the stove.)

And yes, he does like to suck on the fabric at times as you can see in the pic below. It apparently doubles as a pacifier! :)

The Baby K'tan is just 2 loops that can be worn a ton of different ways. They have super simple videos on their site to show you how to use it which I find incredibly helpful.

They also give a percentage of proceeds from all sales is donated to the American Heart Association and the National Down Syndrome Society. I adore that!

If you're looking for a baby carrier that is easy, comfortable and something your little one would love, I highly recommend the Baby K'tan!

Let me know if you have any questions about it - I'd love to help!

    Hi Mckell!

I wore mine in Disneyland in February and despite the warm weather I wasn’t hot at all. I’m guessing it’ll be hotter there next month than it was when I was there but I’ve found it to be pretty breathable. The warmest part is having my son pressed up against me but there’s not much you can do about that. :) I’m sure you’ll love whichever one you get! :)

I’m wanting to buy a baby k’tan for when we go to Disneyland next month. Do you feel like this is breathable or will I be hot and should get the k’tan breeze instead?
