Our Story

A few years ago Paisley + Sparrow’s founder, Jen, went on the World Race, where she spent one year working with ministries and non-profits around the world. She was deeply impacted by the organizations who worked with women in a variety of difficult situations: women who were sex trafficked or abducted by the LRA, widows who were HIV positive, or girls who grew up as orphans. These organizations would provide women with counseling, education, medical support, and employment in order for the women to recover fully and live a hope filled life.

When she returned home, Jen knew she wanted to do something to support the organizations she had grown to love and to share their stories with more than just friends and family. Her dream was to create a store with products that are making a difference in the world. Over the years she has found organizations that have matched her heart for marginalized people, and curated a collection full of their products that is now Paisley + Sparrow!

Our mission is to be a marketplace that carries only high quality, beautiful products where you can be confident that your purchases are making a difference in the world. We want you to be confident that with each purchase you make, you are giving a woman in Ethiopia a way to support her family, a marginalized woman in India a hopeful future, a woman recovering from addiction a second-chance, and the opportunity to change a life by your generosity. Thank you for helping us make a difference in the world.

Matthew 10:29-31 "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."
